Throughout the 2018-2019 season, we will publish many new videos. Find the Inspirational Videos Learn from the stars in all of your weekly exercise plans. Recorded with some of the best handball players in the world — both on the men's side and the women's side. And so clearly adapted to the training goals of the week.
These have contributed recordings this summer:
- Andy Schmid, voted the most valuable player in the German Bundesliga for the last 5 years, shows us how important it is to play with the ball.
- Stine Bredal Oftedal, plays on a daily basis in Hungarian top club Györ and is captain of the Norwegian national team, sharing the secrets behind some of their striker skills.
- Nora Dark, team friends with Stine Bredal Oftedal in Györ and right edge and back player on the Norwegian national team, has also told and shown us some of their secrets.
